Excellent service. The lady at the counter was very patient with my somewhat unusual order and questions.
Terrible customer service. They act like I?m not there until I pull out my money. Charged me for an extra croissant I said I... didn?t want. Just seems like they are looking right through you unless you waving money in their face. If you work hard like Ido everyday and want to be at the very least greeted before you hand over your hard earned dollar I suggest you find anotherplace for coffee and donuts. Consistent with other Dunkins, Ok service. Too much ice in their iced coffee as it's gone after a few slurps, leaving behind a... big cup of ice cubes. Donuts are tender and melt in your mouth. Read more
I am a huge fan of Dunkin donuts. Walking in I immediately noticed a very miserable look on the workers faces... I almost felt... as though they were severely abused at the back room just by their facial expressions. That wasn't what motivated my negativereview, it was when I took a bite of my everything bagel and and found how incredibly difficult it was to chew.. And gave up... No stars from me! Read more
Unbelievable rude as hell service early on a Sunday morning with no one in the store. Why did the woman at register come to... work. She had to nerve to just stare at my son like he annoyed her. Was she bothered by our puerto rican presence?? Mind you heis quiet as a mouse and decided fairly quickly on what he wanted. Whatever happened to greeting customers and smiling. I onlybought the donut b/c my son was hungry. I refused to spend anymore money in this place. Don't waste your time and money in thisrude azz place. Read more
