Got a white cheddar bagel twist the cashier handling money held it with her bare hands n put it into the toaster ?. Never again
Coffee has been going downhill. Used to be a frequent daily customer now I totally stopped buying coffee here. An iced latte is... a premium cold beverage but it?s made at this location like if it were coffee made by a cheap machine. Lattes here are watery,I?ve complained in the past to corporate and they just basically brush you aside. Got in touch with upper management and ownersand they too just brush it aside. I can taste the huge difference when getting iced lattes at a different D&D. Only thing that Ibuy here now is ice cream because that is consistent in taste. I ordered a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with cream cheese on the side. I ask the Cashier are the Bagels fresh this morning and Mr.... Sharaj or Shanaj said "Yes they are fresh Bagels". When I start eating the Cinnamon Raisin Bagels it was as hard as a Brick. Itwas a Stale Bagel. This is so dissatisfing and absolutely disgusting, and unacceptable. Mr. Sharaj or Shanaj proved to becompletely unprofessional. I am not satisfied with the Dunkin Dounts on 116th Street Liberty Avenue. Their food especially theirBagels are not fresh they are Stale Bagels, probably from last month. As a fast food restaurant in the Richmond Hill area, theyneed to do better business and have an utmost standing feeding their customers...Unfortunately they Don't!! Read more

Their version of cold foam is just whipped cream, when asked about it, they said "that's just what we do, cold foam is whipped... cream." All other dunkins actually put cold foam but clearly someone missed the memo here. Coffee also tastes burnt. Read more
During the day this is an awesome place to catch up with a friend for coffee. The staffs are pleasant and fast service. However... in the morning and every morning around 5:30 the service isn't great. One staff working. If your staff are more perky and greetthe customers the wait for such service may be worth the wait on line. At 5:30 am i want my coffee and within 3 minutes and out. Read more
