This is my second time at this location for grab and go I ended up spending 20 minutes longer than I have too?The service is a... zero for me I feel these ladies are running around like chickens with no heads?.They didn?t know what they were doing messing upthe orders?The line is at the door and everyone is complaining, very disappointed with Dunkin? this will be my last trip at anyDunkin you guys lost a customer?.Not a friendly environment so nasty and disgusting in the establishment. Very rude employees. Only three workers working, and they don't have any sense of urgency when there is a rush. Lady working the... cash register is very unclear when speaking. Location is very dirty as well, they do not clean when it is time to go home. Read more
Worst customer service. Even being a customer the bathroom was out of order. The cashier on the front was very rude. This... location always does this. Dunkin brands should spend some money on training these people who have zero customer serviceexperiences. I wish i could give a zero star. Read more
Good place to catch a quick grab or have a business meeting too. Had seating for guests and take out options as well. Veggie... items were good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and patient and helping out for questions and concerns. The place hasgood parking on the back side road and is very convenient to carry out stuff. Read more
Dunkin needs to remove that 24hr sign if the hours changed. People driving by dont have super vision to see the paper posted on... the door. Not everyone drives looking at their phone to check hours. Read more
Located near St. John's University, this place is a hot spot. Bump into students, faculty and Doctors and Nurses from Queens... Hospital which is down the block. It's about to be "Cuffin Season" so I thought I'd just throw that out there early. Now, letme talk about this place's details. It's not only DD, there's a Baskin Robins onsite. Wow, you're really in luck. Currently theyare not allowing indoor dining. They have a very small free parking lot in the rear, otherwise find parking on the street. Ifyou're not in a rush, or lucky enough to meet someone to enjoy some conversation with ;) ....there's a bench in the front and onthe side that you can sit down and buy some time. You can order ahead here on your phone which I find very convenient and stepinside bypassing the line and head to the mobile pick up area to find your items with your name in them. You just pick up andgo. They serve the regular items all DD serve. Baskin Robins as well, and they have cakes. If you visit, tell them I sent'cha.Enjoy ;) Read more
No problems with this dunkin/Baskin-Robbins combo! My iced coffee tasted good (not like the last few I?ve gotten at OTHER nyc... metro D&D locations). My sausage wrap was fresh and warm. And my gf commented on enjoying her food as well. There you go. MyDunkin? Donuts review. Read more
