- They serve bubble tea, and they give a paper straw but before you finish the tea, the straw gets soft, you have to throw it... out, the cover bursts. - Bad Employees. They need to learn how to speak proper English and they need to stop being rude anddisrespectful. - Long Line. I see long lines whenever I?m there and it?s like the employees don?t care about their business. -Too many flies and these flies are on the donuts which is a turn off. - Not all the employees wear gloves and some don?t wearmasks. - Started off well in the beginning at this location but started getting more sloppy and faulty with their work. Worst customer service. I honestly stood there waiting for my coffee. No one behind the counter preparing the drinks even asked ... what I was waiting for. They saw me standing there. Serving size is worth it. The people who work should come up with different ideas. Like. Serve, decorate , For Example: order a... coffee, apply whip cream and syrup. Order a cake , decorate and put icing, don't charge extra just for a little thing. Not worthit. Try to improve on the money range. Taste is how its suppose to be. This location is one of the best DD's in the area, and my favorite one to go to. It is always clean, the staff is always... friendly, and sometimes even remember your order. The food options are always fresh also. It gets a little busy in the morning,but shout out to the morning crew who bust their butts to get everyone taken care of quickly (when it's usually 2 works handlingeverything) and in some cases handle rude customers like professionals too! My experience in the store was awesome. The employees were courteous, clean and really helpful. I noticed the employees cleaning... their hand properly before making any sandwiches or drink. Moreover, the waiting time is very less and you get your orderinstantly. If you are in real hurry then they have the option for "On the go order", where you can place your order online and get your food ready by the time you reach the store.
