I was not happy.Went there this morning to get a bagel,coffee and some munchkins.I walked in I observed the girl behind the... counter wiping her face and forehead with her bare hands. She was tge one that took my order. I also observed 3 flies flyingaround the food,the counter where the sugar and napkins are was dirty.To me it was very unsanitary. Won't go back there. Read more
The line is 2 long. I just started going to this location. Just move close to this one. I normally order toasted bagels with... cream cheese and a coffee. The coffee is typical Dunkin Donuts coffee which is good usually always too sweet every time I gothere I tell them to put less sugar in started out with 7 now I'm down to 3 still too sweet. My only complaint really is thatthey barely toast the bagels I think they kind of just like warm them up. Tomorrow I'm going to tell them to toast it twice andsee what happens although it doesn't look like they are putting it in any kind of a toaster. I'm familiar with all the differentcommercial toasters. Apparently they're putting it in like a oven like a convection oven that is warming it up not toasting it.After going to this store for my bagel and coffee for 5 months I'm not coming back. Got to wait online all the time. I now makemy own coffee at home and get a dozen bagels at the store that sells them. I'm spending less money and have better food. Itried. Read more
Customer service is great, fast and efficient . The customers in this area on the order hand are horrible. They feel like... they're entitled and rude. Would avoid the locals if possible. Typical trash. Read more
The line moves slow, the food is okay, the drinks are okay, the employees don"t even know their own menu! My dad asked for an... apple fritter and they were like "what we don"t have that!" then he said look behind and there were apple fritters. This justproves that its awful, and the place is dirty. The food is the only good part, and the drinks! Read more
The service was good, however the cashier seemed sick and kept sneezing in her hands and proceeded to assist with making... customers drinks. The staff needs to make sure they're always sanitary when dealing with people's food. Read more
When I approached the counter the male employee was cleaning the coffee area...he was wearing plastic gloves. The counter was... strewn with paper garbage and I was the only patron. I gave the employee my order...coffee and two doughnuts. The employeegrabbed the doughnuts with only the gloves on his hands...no tissue paper. I asked to see his hands and couldn't believe howdirty the gloves were. When I questioned him about this and asked why he didn't use paper to pick up the doughnuts...he tried tohand me a tissue...??? This dunkin donuts is okay. It is not consistant. Depending upon who is working the counter, you may get great service or not.... The coffee is not consistant. I have had great hot coffee. While at other times it has been mediocre. I think the donuts aremade else where and then brought to this location. It is just okay. Read more
People with allergies and food sensitivities beware - they are not careful with their orders. I have incorrectly gotten cow milk... instead of non-dairy milk in drinks on more than one occasion. Same with getting regular caffeine instead of decaf. Can't trustthis location at all with your well-being. Read more
