Worst Dunkin Donuts. Do not waste your time and money in here. The cashiers are unfriendly and do not know how to work the... cashier register and be polite to their customers. When I asked for a manager. The cashier said there was no manager. How can aplace run with a manager when the cashiers are incompetent to fix a transaction. Always happens, today i've ordered a simple Hot Chocolate. As i sat down, i see the Staff doing their own thing but... my order... hasnt been taken care of and as always i go up to the cpunter to ask where is my order, they answer that its being made now,after 10 minutes? I usually go to this Dunkin because it?s closer to my house. But the cashier/staff member, Tania is always giving attitude... towards customers. I?ve seen her give attitude towards a customer before. And today (4/28/19), she chose the wrong day to giveme an attitude. I asked for a medium $2 cold brew and from what I remember, she asked me how many pumps of flavor swirls do Iwant and I said 2. And when she was putting down my order, I saw that she put 2 orders of the $2 cold brew. I told her I said Ijust want one and right away she says ?You just said you want 2? with an attitude. Not only did she almost mess up my order, butshe also gave me attitude when I wasn?t even being rude. While waiting for my order, I asked one of the staff members what daysdoes Tania work. She told me she works 5 days. I told the staff member ?Well I want to let you know that I don?t like herattitude and I don?t want to see her when I come back here. Thank you.? After the staff member was done making my order, shetells me she doesn?t work on Fridays. And I said ?Okay thank you.? I don?t really do reviews for a big franchise like Dunkin?,but I work in a job where it involves a lot of customer service. And as a customer at Dunkin, having a worker give an attitudetowards a customer is very disrespectful and unprofessional. The Good - My Go To Place in the mornings for coffee when I'm at work. Friendly staff members and the donuts are fresh during... the day but not at night. I do recommend this place. First time at this location and it wasn't a great experience. I had filled out a surve and brought in my receipt for a free... donut. The crew member first tried to discredit my coupon saying I had written down a fake validation code than refused to takemy coupon saying it was from another location. Overall I don't see where the argument was worth such a bad experience. Read more
This place is the worse Dunkin donuts I have been too. They always rush, they have no understanding of how to make a coffee. If... I ask for hazelnut they drench it in syrup and it seems as if I'm just drinking syrup. The sandwiches are always soft and halfbaked. It just seems lazy and the food they produce reflects that. One of the worth branches of Dunkin',I tried it last shift!
