I?ve been ordering from this Dunkin since I moved into the neighborhood about a month ago. In the beginning, I never had any... issues- coffee was always spot on. Lately, they?ve been forgetting items and making the coffee incorrectly. I order on the appand if they don?t have something, they just replace it with something else without even asking. I Wish i can put a zero this place is absolutely horrible and has the worst service. I went to buy a birthday cake iced latte... and when I received my drink there was absolutely no flavor of the cake batter and no whipped cream when I asked for it. By theway I got the same drink the day before from a different Dunkin and it was super delicious. This shows the lack of effort theworkers put in to the work. Now this is not the first time they got my order wrong I went today and I asked for a caramel icedlatte with Whipped cream. I get my drink and no whipped cream and absolutely no Carmel flavor it was just coffee. I asked theworker there if she could put whipped cream and gave me attitude because she said I didn?t ask for it when I did because I hadthe prove on the receipt. the worst people ever. i bought iced coffee black no sugar no ice, first i have to yell at them to make an order because they... don't hire and they still make it the way they want it even if you are lactose tolerant in hire you going to drink what theywant and not what you order. if you listened to me stay away from here. a small cap with ice is 1.90$ with nothing on it justice. ????
