I reduced my rating from 4 stars. I?m unhappy that the dining area is closed between 11pm and 5am. I understand the... reason. However, as a person that?s only free at night, losing that option reduces places where I can enjoy a coffee and somefood during my nighttime walks. Read more
Honestly haven?t been coming here because the lady kept giving f me the look because my son was running around mind you my son... is autistic and he wasn?t harming anyone in the empty shop ?.. But thanks to Kenny??And Tajinder for being super nice about itduring the weekend for being polite to my son ?. It makes me feel so comfortable as mom Dunkin is my escape after a long day oftaking care of my kids?.. I come and spend money at this Dunkin everyday before work, I always order curbside pick up / WALK UP WINDOW but for some reason... the evening employees around a (5PM-6PM shift) have an attitude about it and don?t want to leave my order by the window, I orderthis way because it is more convenient for me to do right before work. I don?t understand why I?m getting an attitude for usinga service that they offer. Then they ran out of the thing I ordered, which was 2 Bagel Twists and asking me what I want toreplace it with but not really giving me options in the same price range, I don?t want a donut that is cheaper then the bageltwist. Me and my boyfriend were watching a wrestling match and the lady was yelling at us for talking about it and kicked us out by... using the 30 min seating rule. We left but as we were leaving, my boyfriend saw her give him a dirty look. It didn?t make sensethat the lady said that considering we?ve been there for 1 1/2 hours and there was nobody in the store beside us and theemployees, had there been other customers we would?ve understand. But there should be no excuse to yell at us an kick us out fortalking to each other about a show as we did pay for the food. This was my first time walking to this dunkin and my last. Have agood day.
