They have really bad customer service. I ordered snacking bacon at the drive thru and they gave me hash browns. The coffee... tasted horrible, it didn?t even taste like coffee. They don?t even respond when you say good morning or thank you. Very badcustomer service. Read more
I've been coming here since 2020 and the service quality was probably a 4 star, but since late August things have turned for the... worst. They have more workers than they need in the morning and yet there's a big delay, missed orders and lukewarm food. I canmake an order through the app at either points of the day and there's still a delay?? I can be the only one on the drive-thruline and still have to wait 5-7 minutes?? And then my order comes out lukewarm?? Something is wring here...I have a coffeemachine so I don't need to come here..I choose to come because I like Dunkin. Read more

Placed an online order, waited 5 mins before I was asked what I wanted. Told them I ordered online and THEN they started making... my coffee. I was asked if I wanted foam on the brown sugar cold foam with cream I ordered. I told him I want what I ordered!!Gives me foam with no brown sugar and tells me thats the way it comes. As if I've never ordered this before! I leave with mycoffee only to realize it was made with milk. No sticker on cup to verify how it was made. Needles to say I threw it out. $4.50wasted because people can't follow instructions. Horrible service compared to neighborhoods like Bethpage, Hicksville, LongBeach, etc. I wonder why? Read more
Coffee and food is not like it use to,bagles hard corn muffin usually hard at times and everything bagley garlic burns when they... toast it and burnt garlic taste bitter. Complain many times but no one cares. The past owner and crew was much better. Read more
