Your average Dunkin'. This branch is located near a homeless shelter, so please be aware of crazy people & drug addicts. Most... employees do not understand English very well. They often over-cook the meals & they also have to confirm your order many times.One time I had to speak my order THREE TIMES for them to understand. They sometimes charge for the extra pump of caramel, sometimes they don't; they seem to be put out at how I want my coffee,... frequently doing passive aggressive things like not stirring my coffee, so that there's a layer of caramel sugar sludge on thebottom that doesn't get mixed into the rest of the coffee at all! It's the closest Dunkin's to my place RN though, so I put upwith way more than I would if there was another one close enough to make it worth going there instead. Read more

This place makes every drink with no gloves. A worker came in off the street, took his coat off, and went straight to making... drinks, no gloves, didnt even wash his hands. They get offended when you ask them to wear gloves. I didnt even take my food, Igot a refund right then and there, and YES I reported them to the DOH! Never eat here, or ANY Dunkins really. The places aredisgusting with no set rules of cleanliness, even after covid. I'll learn to fry my own donuts before ever going there again!(FYI. The person is NOT wearing gloves in the pic I uploaded, that is a white bracelet of some find. I thought it was the poppedremnants of a glove that was never replaced, but no actually.) Read more

I popped in for a seasonal drink, which the lady made perfectly. Service was nice and the space was pretty clean.
