Sadly zero is not an option? the manager at the counter is always drunk . Horrible service. Ordered an egg and cheese on... croissant to find hair on my food. When I went back to tell him there?s hair in my sandwich he straight told me ?it?s not myproblem? mind you it wasn?t my first time having problem with him. I would like to see a new manager at this location asapbecause he have no rights to be rude with costumers. working while he drunk and non hygienic service is a problem for ourcommunity. Asking for a dozen of donuts and they didn?t made the order correctly when I try to Call them they hung up on me so rude
Horrible Service. The worker had an attitud. Did not greet me but only said a dry ?Yes? at the register. When she gave me the... coffee I realized there was no sugar. I asked if she can put in liquid sugar. She said there is none and walked away. Thejanitor had to wash his hands and put the liquid sugar in my coffee. The line was so long. She was alone. I waited 15 mins fora coffee. I work at the Weworks across the street and this place will lose customers because of this worker?s attitude. Read more
The women who work here are so rude, I accidentally did not switch an item in a drink and they berated me. When it was fixed,... they said "Next time do NOT do that, I had to remake it". All that over 5 DOLLARS... I have never had ANY fast food orrestaurant ever speak to me like that over a SIMPLE mistake... I have been coming for almost 2 YEARS and never gave a problemwith any order. I 'd rather go to the overpriced Starbucks down the street then deal with the nasty attitudes. Read more
We buy here almost everyday and for once we needed some coins to feed the meter because the machine wasn't working and the lady... said, "The boss does not like to do that" A dollar worth after purchasing something is all we asked for. I have not had any kind of experience like this from any dunkin store what i experienced today.The lady who works there is very... harsh to customers and it looks like she does not want anybody to come to the store.I have not seen anybody has this kind ofattitude to customers.very poor management.my friend also had the same experience before.so i thought of writing a review.it isvery disappointing.if you want to keep the store open and want to act like this to customers,please keep a board that 'customersare not allowed inside.Am very much disappointed the way she treated me for no reason.Very poor.
