Disappointed in how much this place has changed. Service used to be more professional. Atmosphere used to be clean. Batista... arguing with customer about why too much milk in coffee. Service with a smile gone. Using the same gloves to prep food and touchcounter open n close drawers. Not very cleanly. When I mention to the young man he just shrugged it off. Workers do not comprehend right. Always messing up peoples orders. Needs new management.
Don't order hot chocolate. Very watered down. Very inconsistent. Ordered mini bagels and 1/2 was warm, other half was cold!... Annoyed! Read more

The service is beyond amazing. I observed my server washing her hands (after having handled money) before putting on new gloves... to prepare my order so kudos to her! I was truly impressed by that. I tried the Chipotle & brown sugar bacon egg and cheesecroissant and it was really good... not too sweet with a little kick. Loved it. And the Vanilla Chai with almond milk wasperfectly made too. I had a great experience here. They are so polite, especially in the morning. Now I can understand why the fire fighters loves... going there for morning coffee. It is very convenient given that there's a bus stop very close to the restaurant and they dohave a little parking structure. The costumer service is great and pleae. . Try the hash browns I'd you like hash browns. Youwon't be disappointed. Read more
I came to this location and purchased a coffee and needed to use the bathroom quick. But I was formed that I could not use the... bathroom. I think that is not appropriate to tell a customer especially of they are staying awhile to finish their coffee andsnack. In addition, should I sit on the floor as there are no chairs but they have tables ? Read more
