Very slow. I placed a small order inside the store . I was the only one in there and they took over 10 minutes. A couple came in... and they made and completed their order after we came in. They were rude ontop of this as well. Will not return to this dunkin. Read more
Prepandemic this place was really good! 1st time back it's become terrible! Iced Coffee was just horrible, all caramel couldn't... taste any Coffee, they made me another one, plain water no Coffee taste, won't be returning. Read more
Staff are very friendly and more than happy to serve customer at request. I always have a very charm and nice coffee before... going to work on the ramp at the airport. Excellent!!! Read more

Very convenient Dunkin Donuts right off Rockaway Turnpike. The staff is really nice. The only draw back is that the lines are... long and in person ordering takes time to fulfill. I would advise ordering ahead on the Dunkin Donuts app and just walk in andpick up the order. It will be much faster. Read more
It's a hit or miss with this location--specifically with the service. When you walk in the servers are often ALWAYS talking to... eachother or on the phone. When you want to place an order, it feels like you're the one interrupting them. I do like the factthat they consistently use mobile ordering as an option--although there are times you have to remind them of your order, it's alot better than waiting for them to notice you standing In line.
