Management must re vist all customers service guidelines. Too crody with in sitting area, must reduce sitting area, food is not... fresh, it smell badly, Management must set siting with nice gap between next customers table. Waiter must wear hands glows andhead cover. Its look to me they are not comply local authorities compliances. It is better to maintain standard of services. Read more

Nice big restaurant in Jackson heights. Their service was pretty quick. I?ve ordered beef paya, regular paratha, tandoori... paratha, beef shami kabab. Salad and raita sauce came with the order. Food portion size was good according to the price. Foodtasted good as well. Read more

Waking in Jackson area we were looking for a descent restaurant to have some Indian delicacies. Google showed Dera nearby. It... looked descent from outside. Inside ambiance was another story. For whatever reason servers were not into what they were doing.Smiles and connecting with customer was not their forte.. Aloo tikki was served without any condiments so was grilled chicken.You had to ask for everything. I really felt bad about the staff. In my mind they represent the state of management.
