Our order included two items with cake batter ice cream. We pay, and walk outside to eat our ice cream only to find neither is... cake batter, both are just vanilla. We go to the person who served us and he apologized (I think) and went to make us two newones. At this point the store is closing so they close the gate as we leave the second time. We go to eat the new ones, and ofcourse they're still just vanilla. The people who were in front of us on line overheard what happened and informed us that theperson who served them said they were out of cake batter ice cream. What? ??????? Read more
The staff are very nice, but it's no coincidence that my last two visits, which were 6 months apart from each other, they... offered to sell me melted ice cream, according to the worker even the toppings were melted today. It's very hot in there, nocondition to have your employees working in, and the least of their problems there's not one table or chair to enjoy your icecream at. I will not be visiting this location again, and I suggest you go elsewhere as well. You will be disappointed. Read more

This is one of my favorite Coldstone location. They are very neat and clean. The workers are really nice along with their fast... and friendly service towards the customers. Definitely recommend for everyone to try out this place. Especially their mother'sday and every other occasions specials are highly recommended to try out. It's Worth trying! ???? Read more
Some of the most delicious and delectable cake you will ever find and get to eat. They got two new Ghea so you know the... qualities are the best. I ordered a coffee flavor ice cream from the website for delivery, and they give me cinnamon instead without telling me. I then... go in the store the next day and am told the coffee flavor is melted and they cant give it to me. So I guess thats why they gaveme the cinnamon. Long story short they could've just told me they didn't have my flavor and refunded me instead of surprising mewith a different flavor. Read more
