I am disappointed as I could not place an order and now I have to go somewhere else! The previous customer besides me had 2... scoops and half from the meat section. However, when it was my turn this customer service girl. Gave me 1 and half scoop andwhen I asked for more she said it was going to be double the charge which I said okay. Then again, she proceeds to give me ahalf scoop. For a ?Double meat?. Clearly, the customer service rep at chipotle are doing what they want. We ordered food for pick up and pay for guac and cheese and all the fixings. I picked it up brought it home, I live about 20... blocks away. They gave us a food with pork and we do not eat pork, so we could not eat it and my husbands did not have guac orcheese or anything correct. The worst part was that they only offered us one free burrito even though both of our meals weremessed up. Unfortunately, with this type of service we will not be coming here again. Read more
I was mixing my bowl and I found hair under all my food. Be careful when ordering from here the employees don?t even wear... hairnets which is why this happened. The employee that took my order was a girl that has gauge piercings and this was my firsttime ordering in this chipotle and this is what I get smh. This is a food safety hazard. Read more
Chipotle Mexican Grill on Austin Street is a place to pick up your quick Mexican pick me up? Upon entering the restaurant was... clean and well maintained. Temperature inside was cool enough to make you forget it was 92 degrees outside. We orders to bowlthat where constructed nicely by the partner who was preparing it. She was very polite and welcoming. The only downfall; if yourpaying cash, YOU BETTER HAVE EXACT CHANGE?..!!! Lol? or else you will not be consuming Chipotle. Overall solid experience allaround. Great job TEAM!!! Read more
It was very rude service and all of them showing long face! And it was Saturday most of the customers not in rush with family... and frds.
