Absolutely upset with the cashier after we told him when we ordered and after we received our large order to pls ensure we have... sufficient condiments and napkins etc ? not one ketchup, napkins forks for cheese fries or cheese sauce for wings ? he assuredus it was at bottom of bag ? disappointing for the kids we treated when we arrived at the park . Today was the very first time since this fast food chain opened a establishment here that I've had the best burger I have ever... had from a fast food restaurant, the staff there right now is doing a fantastic job in preparation. They weren't fast but theymade the best burger I have ever had in forever from places like these, it goes to show you what quality can be like if theytake their time and that girl there took her time with what she had and did a great job. I dont know why i stay coming here its always the same people and they stay messing up orders even when you tell them several... times and they say they got you. How does it take 3 people 25 mins to make my 5 item order. They?re always skimping too.. iordered a half pound chicken bites and it probably came with 4 more pieces than the regular bites box i got in the same orderfor almost double the price? Read more
With a few small touches, this place could be outstanding. Anywho, the tables could use a wipe down. Behind the counter, was... clean, the service is on par with most fast food restaurant. This place isn't where you want to bring young ones. If you ask questions they look at you cross? Not well kept, though has a... bathroom *paying customers only. The 1/2 pound Chicken Bites and the Loaded Twix Caramel Crunch is worth mentioning. I boughtthese items just to review them. I have not had these items before nor have I eaten in this establishment.
