I bought an ice cream cone here for 6 dollars. When I stepped outside i dropped it by accident. You can see in the picture that... the cone was barely touched. So I went back and showed them this picture hoping they would give me another once since I barelytouched the last one. I know it?s my fault the cone dropped but for a 6 dollar cone they really couldn?t give me another one.I?m honestly very disappointed.. 6 dollars for a cone is not cheap and I definitely won?t be coming back. Need a custom cake in about a week and attempted to order online but, for this particular location some of the choices and... customizations are not avaliable. I decided to take a trip here to place my order in-person rather than call and have confusionor a misunderstanding with the order specifics, payment, etc. I was properly greeted and attended to but, with what I requestedthe Carvel employee said the person that works on the custom orders was not avaliable at the moment (it was the weekend) andunderstandly so. She had me write my name and phone number along with the order specifics and said someone will reach out to methe next day regarding the order. The day has gone by without a call as stated and defeated the purpose of me traveling to thelocation in the first place. A waste of my time and poor customer service! Read more
