I get their about 7:20 pm on Saturday ,line is so long to make your order , I ask for ten cups medium coffee and two cups tea ... , young lady on cashier say we don't sell hot coffee this times we only sell ice coffee, I try with here several times evenI ask for Manger to talk him , she say we not sell hot coffee. You MUST pack your patience when visiting this establishment. If you order fries and a soda you could spend half an hour... waiting. I have tried ordering through the kiosk, at the order desk, and through the Burger King app but still waited anastronomical amount of time and when I inquired whether my order was ready they barely checked and did not even give me aresponse. So i asked: "Is that a no?". Only then they responded and told me my order was not ready. Twenty minutes later, whenthey were rushing to close the store, I asked again and they checked a separate pile of orders, which they did not check thefirst time I asked and THERE WAS MY ORDER! It was sitting there all along. They handed it to me and claimed they called out theorder number and I did not answer, which was definitely untrue. I don't blame the workers. It seems this is a very busy storeand there should be more workers to handle such a large crowd. The customer service was definitely lacking, because the workerswere definitely overwhelmed. Absolutely love BK because their burgers are flame broiled,..can't stand a fried hamburger patty. The only thing that bothered... me was a Senior Citizen came in and begged for some food and they refused to give him anything,..he explained that he had totake his meds and they would mess with his stomach if he didn't eat something with it,..they still refused and ONLY offered hima coffee cup size water. Now I know most fast food joints can write of some food during the day,..but they should of at leastgiven him a kids meal. It got me so upset seeing/hearing the manager and the employees as well as 4 customers brush the old manoff that I got up from my lunch and told the old man to order whatever he wanted it was on me. The staff and corporate shouldremember this phrase "There by the grace of God go I." ......if they don't know what that means....that old man can be any oneof you someday and I hope to God there's someone like me around.... An old man was short on a meal here, so I made up the difference. The workers were pleased and the old man blessed me. I ate in... the parking lot so things wouldn't get weird(er). Very busy, but decent place. Read more
I don?t often find it necessary to review fast food unless it?s exceptional either good or bad. This place is the former? food... always fresh, orders correct and fast. They have a large inside space that?s always clean. Drive through has been super quickevery time. Staff is nice. It?s a really good Burger King. Hot fries everytime! Read more
I used to love spicy crispy chicken sandwich all time favorite but now they changed everything in menu. I ate this simple... sandwich after so long coz I didn?t know what to eat. It?s really disappointed at this the fact everything taste different andnot so good after they made changes in the menu. I wish they could bring back spicy crispy chicken sandwich back. ???? Pretty good Burger King. I had a need for breakfast and didn't want the options from the coffee place. I was able to cut across... to here happily. It has a decent parking lot and easily got a spot. The dining room is pretty large and was extremely clean. Iwas very nicely greeted at the counter, ordered without issue and got my food quickly. Everything was smoking hot and reallygood. They have a dedicated drive-through window for Uber eats? But regular customers can't go through there. Makes no sense.
