The absolute worst customer service in the history of all. Nobody in line, so I walked straight to the counter waiting for one... of the 5 people who worked there to take my order to then be ignored and have a customer behind me to make their order. The dude at the speaker taking the orders is half death and he's always on the drive thru I don't understand why. If you say huh... 4 times per order switch tasks. They had this dude Ethan that was an alstair said his name greeted you with a smile via drivethru somehow and u left happy. Now they're back to this other guy with the accent that can never hear. My order was wrong I justdrove on. I avoid this bk when I can. Food was hot at this time tho. In the morning it's usually warm enough to enjoy. Read more
Took over 10 minutes to make a regular whopper. Only 1 other customer around, so it's not like they were busy. It's been a few... years since I had a whopper, but this was the thinnest patty I remember seeing ever. I guess the name whopper stands for thesize of the bun or it's price or something. I wasn't that hungry, so it was amusing. What was less amusing is that theirsanitizers are empty and there's no soap in the bathroom either. Best not to delve on it. Read more
I purchased the 2 for $4 and they were so greasy. I couldn't eat them both. I decided to try again and to my surprise they were... amazing. Unfortunately, that led me to try again and they were not that great. I'll continue to make my own breakfast althoughI wish they were consistent with their food. Read more

Update: 10/27/2021 Picked up lunch today at one of the better BK's in the area. Half the order was right but they crossed up... the Impossible burger and the regular Whopper was made wrong.. I was a little upset. So I went back, saw the manager who works12 noon, he was very professional, understood my issue and handle it. To be honest those bugers were on point. I will stillcontinue going there. Mistake happens! We went for the Impossible Burger.. my wife's first Whopper in 15 years and she loved itand So did I. It's Amazing its made from plants , what will they think of next ..This is really going to boost sales for BurgerKing. Eating healthy is the future.. Updated: I just upped the score.. Agusto makes sure he gets the job done. Very respectful and quick with the orders. I've never seen a drive-thru move any faster.
