While 3 customers are standing there looking to order no on is there for for 10 mins.. when 1 guy does get there he starts... cleaning up acting like he can't even hear us, finally get his attention and he continues to clean up. Nice place, no place to sit, must be take out. After you order, you pay at different counter, then go back to pick up food. 2... stars were given because food was not hot. My fries were warm at best, but obviously they had been sitting under warming lamp. Icomplained to burger king, was suppose to get some sort of credit and got nothing. Read more
I was on the way home from Long Island to Brooklyn but my mom wants to eat hamburger so I stopped by Burger King. This location... I believe in in Queens or border of Long Island. It is in gas station minimart. When I went there look liked lunch time so therewere tons of customer ahead of us. I wanted to order of 3 meals but somehow the person who took the order misunderstood. He put1 set (burger include Fires and drink) then add another 3 burgers 3 fires 3 drinks so the total I will get 4 meals in moreexpensive price because if you buy a meal it will cheaper than buy the individual item. I wasn't thinking so I brought theticket to pay then I realized later but it is too late. Plus when I picked up my food they only gave me one meal so I have toexplain what my receipt really mean. Plus they don't really understand me so all stuff put me wait for almost 20 minutes. Onlything that make me happy is the whopper and fires. Read more
The gas station is clean but I don't get the same impression from burger king. The fact I can see the food being made makes it... worse because it just doesn't look clean. While I was debating if I would take the risk they informed me they were closed at11:30 which contradicts what's online. Will never shop there again! Read more
The Fried Potato Crisps of the French are to die for, but not to compare them to the The Whopper of doubles. I let loose a... massive deuce in my pants apon realizing this place had opened up. Bad thing about this place you have no place to sit and eat as it is inside a gas station. They have the Coke machine with 100... choices and you fill your own cup. Location is right off the expressway for easy on and off. Read more
Absolutely the worse BK there is. It used to be 24 hours, now it closes at 3am which is the time the hospital staff goes on... lunch. Then when you go before that they don't want to take your order and you waste your whole lunch break. Read more
I went up this location at around 11pm. The guy at the register seemed very busy looking at his phone and when he finaly... realized I was there to order something he told me they are closed. Even showed him Google said 24 hrs but he didn?t even care.Never going back again. Read more
