Placed order for pick up at 11:53 AM (2 items), walked in and there was only 2 people waiting to order. There is only one person... working at the front counter. It's now 12:01 PM, still waiting and the line has grown to 8 people waiting to order. 12:05 PM,still waiting. Ended up calling the store phone about 9 times before the Manager went to answer it. Only because of him did Ifinally get my food. It's now 12:11 PM. 20 minutes after placing order for a "now" pick up time. Never again will I go here,even if I'm dying of thrist and they were the only ones that could save me. Okay that's an exaggeration, but you know what Imean. Read more
The customer service rep was friendly, which is a plus. The food was great. However, I noticed that 2 tables had burger wrappers... and other stuff. There was also napkins on the floor. Read more
Not too long got my delivery. The fries are nasty and not fresh. THEY ARE HARD. Ordered a BK royal crispy chicken, and the... chicken taste like it's been sitting in oil for too long. The lettuce even looks old. The vanilla milkshake is the only thingthat taste good. Would never order from here again. ???? Read more
Food is fine & workers work hard but the Facility is the old ,dated Burger King themed styled restaurant. The tables, the... chairs ,the flooring ,& the decor all need to be updated & renovated to model the other updated Burger Kings in the area. Read more
Very dirty the floors the table all over I went in and saw it and came out didn?t even bother to buy anything. Can?t believe... they?re serving food out of this dirty place smh. This place needs a good clean up the ppl that go their deserve it. Read more
I'm officially done with the restaurant as a WHOLE. The pricing and everything they have to offer is ridiculous, the food isn't... even that good. Don't matter if you have an app or anything ordered, it's still overpriced when you get the transaction, sizingof the cups and etc for example. 22years and out ????? Read more
