Horrible, I ordered a ceaser salad with tomatoes. I got my order without tomatoes a few pieces of chicken and probably The last... bits of croutons they had I also asked for extras ceaser dressing and they gave me the wrong dressings, horrible!! Read more
Horrible! Sunday 6.12.2022 7:20pm. Only part which was okay was how fast we were seated. Restroom were atrocious, no paper... towels to dry my hands with, no toilet paper, no soap in the dispenser. I honestly do not mind waiting for my order if the placeis busy, as this is a normal business and it goes without saying when it is busy. But when the waitress finally makes it over tomy table, my family and I proceed to order and every single item we requested is no longer available. This is a problem, onething is being mindful of food cost, the other is running out of menu items. Worst of all is the host saying it's slow. Nextthey're Out of taco shells, out of lettuce so no salad, out of tater tots, out of brisket, out onion rings, out of bonelesswings, I mean completely ridiculous. No manager to be found from 7:20pm to 9pm. Server was Okay but very impatient. Bar was sobacked up it took 1 hour to get a platinum margarita and an old fashion. The best was the dessert, chocolate cake, roomtemperature not hot, not warm at all and when it came time to eat it the server said we only have forks no spoons. Came in to watch Hockey playoff game. First 10 mins no hockey game requested twice to put on the game. No game until third time... requested. Qrdered 15 wings 3 flavors of BBQ, Asian Zing, & Orange Chicken. The Orange Chicken wings were extremely hot as taken& attached in these pics. After 15 min of watch all the tvs went blank & dark screens as shown in the pic taken. Constanly Thisis by far one of the worst dine-in experiences I have ever had. I will unlikely ever return to eat & dine-in eat here again. Read more

worst service ever first it took her forever to even take our order, then it took her forever to even bring us our drinks. she... got us our drinks but didn’t bring straws after waiting for her for like 15 mins we finally got to ask her for straws. On topof that the food took forever, i guess they were short staffed so all the plates they were cleaning out the table they put itnext to us and that’s how we ate our whole meal, usually come very often first time i’ve had an experience like this before. The experience could've been way better if there were well staffed. Our waitress did the best she could with the section we were... in. Overall, our experience could've been better. Wait, time shouldn't have been longer than 40 minutes. The food was warm, nothot. The burgers were burnt on the edges and killed the flavor of the burger. The bathroom was really disgusting; it smelledlike urine as soon as you walked in. Only one bathroom stall was available and toilet paper everywhere in the stall. Extremelyuncomfortable to use, especially for pregnant women. Covid is still very much an issue. The restaurant should do better with theoverall cleanliness of bathrooms. Read more
Where do I even begin about my experience at this location in college point. What a disappointment that something that’s... considered a newer location is already complete garbage. We walk in to no one greeting anyone at the front desk. We waited therefor 10 minutes for someone to even look our way and when they did it was the most rude & coldest welcome ever. I felt like I wasat McDonald’s. The place was a mess, the bathroom, forget about it… might as well just hold it. I felt like I was in Pennstation. We sit down to a dirty table. We never received napkins or utensils. Waitress took about 40 minutes to even take ourorder. The food took another almost 45 min to arrive, we were contemplating leaving in the midst of waiting. We order amargarita and it tasted like straight tequila. The marg took an extra 15 minutes to come AFTER our food came. Everybody knowsdrinks should come first. The wings comes and they were so dry they looked like they were cooked yesterday. We all know thewings are pre-made and all it takes is to throw some sauce on them and heat them up. So what are they really doing in thekitchen for 40-60 minutes ? We had to ask for extra sauce on the side which honestly the waitress should’ve taken the wingsback and have the kitchen mix them in the sauce the right way. TVs we’re going on and off, just nothing was enjoyable. What Ithought would be a quick enjoyable dinner was instead a stressful annoyance. Honestly I don’t want a reply to this commentsaying to “fill out a form” and “thanks for my feedback”…. I want people to stop supporting this location until theyactually fix their service, cleanliness, and food. Some waiters looked like they could care less about serving customers andothers looked so overwhelmed bc they were doing everything. Terrible management especially for a company this big. Undercoverboss needs to show up and fix this place. And this is coming from a person who used to love this place. Read more
