I placed an online order ordered one of their family meals...the cream spinach, Mac and cheese or mash potatoes...as I was... eating my meal (not sure where it came from either from the mac, cream spinach, mash potatoes) cause everything at this pointwas mixed up. As I was chewing I felt something foreign in my mouth that wasn't dissolving nearly choked! I decided to spit itout only to find out it was a hard piece of plastic..then I began searching only to find additional pieces in my food. Iquickly threw everything away not before taking pictures of what I found. Too me this is unacceptable and irresponsible. I ordered pick up meals from the Boston Market website and it said that it would be ready at 10:15pm even though they closed at... 10pm. When I got to the store at 9:50pm they said they was closing and that they didn't make my order. The guy told me to callboston market customer service and that they would give me my money back right away and then he locked the door and closed thestore. Boston Market customer service is the worst. Basically I called customer service each day before I got a response. Iordered on the 22nd and received a message on the 29th stating that they will process my refund and I should receive my moneyback with 3-4 days. I did not even think that I would receive my money back. If the store did not have my order or knew thatthey would not be able to process my order then someone should have contacted me. The worst place to go eat something besides from the food this homeless woman half dress came in an poking my back very hard and... demanding me I give her money while I was with my 2 weeks newborn and eight year old trynna have lunch, she wouldn't move untillI give her money when I told her I have none she continued to poke my back really hard till I ended up giving her 4 quarters toleave us alone I didn't know what she was capable of while all this was taking place the guy at the front desk stand there anddid nottin i asked him why didn't he call the cops he said im sorry im a street person i dont call cops really?? this isnonsense i will never go there again and eat. I went to get food and waited online they had one person actively making food and working the register while the other person... there simply sat in the back texting on his phone. Then when he came to the front he said he?s taking his time. I?m waiting online the only line that?s there at the time and another lady walks in 10 minutes creating a second line. When it was my turn toorder the cashier tells me I had skipped the line which is obviously incorrect then her and woman hound me and the cashierrefuses to take my order.
