Previously bought a pint of non-dairy ice cream, no issues...went back today to buy a pint of non-dairy ice cream and the... cashier could not figure out how to charge me for a pint of ice cream..he refused to charge me the regular 5.99 price for apackaged pint and insisted i buy a prepackaged dairy pint....I can't eat dairy...hence why I wanted a pint of non-dairy. Lasttime there was no issue. The packaged my non dairy pint and charged me 5.99 and that was that. And this time it was a nightmare.I left without a pint bc the guy refused to give me a pint of non dairy. Unreal Read more

This place belongs in the bottom of a pit. The service is bad and I even had to write a complaint to corporate after I tried... redeeming my coupon here, which was perfectly valid, and the employee ended up marking it as redeemed and told me that thecoupon isn't valid. Last place I would go to if this was the only Dunkin Donuts remaining in Queens. Read more
