I come in and ask for what I always get with substitutions cause of allergies, but this time the lady in the back didnt want to... substitute anything and said its because shes "busy". Then to mediate the situation, I tell them what not to put on and shestill says thats changing the menu, I mean im paying the same price and taking away what I cant have on top and your still notwanting to do it??? Walked in expecting to grab a protein smoothie after my workout, ended up walking out due to pricing. I?m sorry but $12 base... price (apparently they only do large size smoothies as well) before adding in protein (which I usually like to get 2 scoops ofto get a good 30g in) is ridiculous. $2 per scoop would have had me paying $16 for a smoothie when my normal place I get thatfor $8/$9. I got the Tropical Breeze smoothie and it's good! A little overpriced and too liquidy for my liking but everyone there is nice!

I am so displeased with this location! After hearing so many "good reviews" I have never been so disgusted. I drove 25 min to... this location to get a salad and a smoothie. The last time I was here was about a year ago. I work in Queens and reside inBronx. To NOT pay a toll I decided to go here instead. My salad had a dead bug in it!! Thankfully I check my food before puttingit in my mouth and was thought, "there are legs here"!!!! I called and of course, as everyone always says when asked to talk tothe manager, manager isn't here at the moment. I demanded a refund immediately which I have yet to receive. Whoever I spoke tosounded like she was 18yrs old. They really showed me they do not care about the customer's health. They showed me how greedythey can be and just want the $$ instead of properly making good food. How can someone run an establishment like this? When Icalled, she's gonna say they don't have bugs....Typical!! Not to mention I work for DOH!! I will never return to this placeagain!!! I paid $31.90 for this salad and a smoothie!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
