Ordered twelve sandwiches for my employees on Thanksgiving. Delivered after 80 minutes. Sandwiches were all half filled and... flattened. I sometimes stop the shop by and get one sandwich for myself, so I know what they are supposed to look like. At $9for a tuna fish bagel, don't cheat on the sandwich. Wasted $140, should have ordered from a local restaurant instead. Will neverorder for the business from them again. Read more
Picked up a half dozen bagels this morning on the way home. Toasted one of them and slathered scallion cream cheese, guacamole,... and smoked salmon on top. Yummy! A Light and airy bagel. Can?t wait to try the everything bagel, whole wheat, sesame andpoppy ones.???? Read more
The bagels are super delicious, so are the spreads.. the problem is, the people that serve you, seem to change constantly... And... they don't pay attention to detail when you place your order. Other than that I would give it five stars Read more

Got my wife a French toast bagel with cream cheese and bacon. A guilty pleasure for her, and French toast bagels aren't that... easy to come by. The look on her face-pure bliss, she said, and I quote, " I've never had a bagel like this one before". I hadthe Cheddar bagel, toasty with butter, and bought a few everything for breakfast this weekend. Line was literally out the door,I was standing in the vestibule waiting to get in. Pretty solid BEC and SEC - I got both recently on a whole wheat wrap respectively, added a hash brown patty. They didn?t skimp... out. The wrap itself was a bit small, probably a 10 inch wrap but still very filling. The staff was super accommodating withhelping me bring the food outside. I was walking a dog when hunger struck. The new night crew is ridiculous. Absolutely horrible customer service. They sat talking about how they love to get high instead... of servicing me. Only after I got there attention did they decide to service me. I het the same thing almost every time. Thisplace is extremely over priced. I asked for a bagel toasted with nothing in it. Solid breakfast spot. Bagels tasted fresh, iced coffee was definitely on point. In person lots of people taking care of you. ... I understand now why people order from here. Even ordered on DoorDash and they are fast to deliver. Great job guys! Read more
