Ordered 2 to go orders. As I was waiting for the second order, I saw a mouse running across by the drink machine! I said... something and they blew me off. But, when there's one there's usually more. But, the food, I ordered a 10 piece and fries. Thefries were so greasy and mushy and out of the 10 pieces of chicken I got... 1 was a flat and the rest were dry, dry, drumstickswith no meat on them. RAW CHICKEN. We?ve have an unbelievable amount of issues with this location but this takes the cake. RAW CHICKEN in our order.... Not only were our fries and other meal missing but the chicken was completely raw inside for the tenders we did receive. Notjust a sliver or small spot ? huge chucks of raw uncooked chicken!! this wingstop location used to be on top now its going down hill looks like the employee are teenagers there loud in the kitchen... and very unprofessional,you hire clowns you get a circuse, store also a bit dirty and tables feel like there sticky. ice machineis always broken, i got the 24 piece famliy bundle 12 mango habanero they didnt have enough sauce in them werent that spicybuffalo wild wings has better mango habanero sauce.the lemon pepper is still good the only reason i gave 3 stars food is priceyhere for sure almost 37$ for 33.89$ family bundle 3$ food tax Read more

We got the 10 piece wings with fries. Original and korean flavor. The wings were tough, dry, and overcooked. They were... literally difficult to chew through. Neither flavor was sauced well enough. I could see unsauced sections all over the wings.The original flavor was hardly present and didn't taste like much at all where it was. The Korean flavor is insulting. It'sbasically just burnt sweet soy sauce flavor. There was no heat, no garlic, no gochugaru, no nothing. The fries (the ones in thepicture were the best in color) were dark brown and cooked too long in too low of oil. They were also super over seasoned. I'mall for salting fries but these were rough.
