Food was served FAST. Really fast. Before I even filled my cup with my soda of choice, they called my name. Unfortunately it... looses one star for having a down and broken bathroom door which rendered it inoperable and dirty dining tables. Please try andwash your tables more often! Read more
This location routinely makes errors. So much so that we no longer go to this location. The only reason we went back was because... they had screwed up our order yet again, so I had called and spoke w/ a manager who offered to replace the order. My name wassupposedly entered into their book, so imagine my (non)surprise when we went to redeem the order a month later, and theycouldn't find my name. Thankfully, thr manager I had spoke to prior was there, and he still honored his offer. They had to askme multiple times what I wanted on our burger, so imagine my (non)surprise when we got home, and they STILL screwed up theorder. All I could do was laugh at this point. My recommendation is to go to another location or always check your order beforeleaving or you'll most likely wind up w/an incorrect order. Read more
Went in to Wendy's just to get a small drink. The young lady at the counter took cognizance of the fact that I was older than... her grandparents, and she didn't charge me for the drink. So this was an amazing Wendy's experience. There was one downside,though. In order to operate the drink machine, I had to scan a QR code with my phone. What's that all about? Read more
Tonight they were having a very off night. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals. When I get to the window and pay they say... it's going to be five min in the chicken. I figured sweet it will be super fresh. 15 min later I decide to go inside to seewhere my order was. It turned out they gave it to someone else and the ticket was gone. So I reordred my food, another 5 minlater I get cold fries and 2 sandwiches that are just chicken and bread. While I was waiting on my order the second time. Thegentlemen they gave my original order to came inside and they had no idea they they did with his food either. Not sure if it waspoor training, management or both but there were several other very upset people in the dining area and no manager in sight.Just some poor teenager who had no clue. Read more
The new French toast breakfast is pretty damn good and a nice change in pace from the normal fast food style. They are more or... less what I would expect at home. The kiddo likes them and they are a good price! Thanks for bringing breakfast back Wendy?s! Iuse to look forward to flying into SeaTac airport just so I could grab breakfast from y?all. Read more
The food at this Wendy's needs some work. I was there for breakfast. I ordered biscuits and gravy and a breakfast sandwich. The... biscuits were very dry on the bottom. It was as though they had been over microwaved. The gravy was not very warm and notenough of it was applied to help soften the biscuits. The large potato wedges were only 3/4 filled. My husband said thebreakfast sandwich was good. But, I would not take that as gospel truth because he loves and eats microwaved Tyson chickenstrips. If you want to go to Wendy's consider going to the one on Gilbert at germann. Their food was delicious the last coupleof times I dropped by. I was in the drive-up window so I can't tell you anything about the store. However, the person that gaveme my food was incredibly nice. Read more
I Aactually really like this Wendy's... but today was appalling. We come here quite a bit and normally I would give them a four... star but because of this individual in the photo. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully at a drive up window.He never said a word at first just held his hand out for my card. Never said anything. It handed it back and never said anythingand shut the window. They did not fulfill my order correctly so I came back through the window to tell them and he snapped at melike it was my fault saying, "we only charged you for one." I said that was clear but I needed two more orders. He said "we'regoing to have to charge you." I clearly indicated that that was what I expected and he snapped at me that I should have checkedthe order before I left. I simply replied that's not my job that's your job. He told me they don't pay him enough to check theorders properly. Was absolutely disgusted by this individual and how rude he was.
