The girl working at Starbucks in the Safeway on Power and Queen Creek was such a nice person and my drink was perfect.
The Starbucks stars reward is ambiguous. They have a reward for stars when you buy a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, any latte... and any Frappuccino blended beverage but I purchased all three drinks and did not get my reward stars. I asked the employees atStarbucks if what I bought were not correct (although I compared the drinks I purchased to what the required purchase was andeverything matched) but they had no idea how to tell. My wife and I have been coming here for years. Never any issues. I'm rating finally because today I went while it was raining... with my infant daughter and dropped my coffees outside. Since it was raining hard I decided to take my daughter home and then goback to see if they could replace my drinks. Even though it was 20 minutes later and I threw the cups away they made the coffeesagain. Thank you! Read more
Always employees that I have experienced are friendly, and highly competent. Big thank you to the taller young guy that works in... the afternoon-closing shifts. Very pleasant, quick, pours a good drink, and is conscious of guests and knows in which order todo what when he's busy and alone. (Kinda like a good bartender ????). Read more
Continually disappointed in Starbucks. No seating indoors when many other coffee shops are safely serving. Their involvement in... politics does not help my opinion either. Trying to avoid Starbucks this last few months, where it used to be my favorite coffeeshop. Read more
Located inside the Safeway grocery store which makea it nice but also dangerous fpr those quick shopping visits. Especially qhen... you first walk into the store your hit with the smell of their fresh brewed coffee. Even if busy, staff is great and quick withdrinks. Read more
I love Starbucks always so fast and friendly. Great customer service, if my drink isn't right the first time or the third time... they always remake it till it is done right.... Thank you Starbucks for being so patient and polite. Keep up the good workteam!!!! Read more
Don't go very often because the waiting period to get your coffee takes WAY TOO LONG
