8/3/22 Tried this location again. They're worse. Apparently Skippy the wonder-manager can't keep an ample stock on hand and... properly train the employees correctly. Just keep driving. Don't waste your time on weekday afternoons. They don't listen tothe order, they don't get your drink right and then they throw you an attitude when you ask them to get it right. I felt asthough my money and patronage were a great inconvenience to the girl "working" the drive through window. Weekends however aredifferent. Their "A" team is on and the service is much better. I ordered a coffee there today that tasted like milk and sugar. There?s supposed to be four shots of espresso in a venti shaken... espresso and I honestly don?t think there was any. Disappointing when you pay $6+ for a drink that tastes like there?s zerocoffee in there. Read more
Inside is clean and employees are usually nice, however this location is ALWAYS out of the seasonal drinks and they don?t update... the app or take down sandwich boards advertising when they run out. I?ve sat through the drive thru countless times unable toget my drink, or to be given a drink without inclusions, etc. I drive out of my way to go to a different location. Read more
I?ve ordered twice through the mobile app this week and both times my venti is filled like one and a half inch short of the top... of the cup. The first one I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This is not a foam drink, this is a shaken espresso so it shouldbe filled to the top. The drinks have been ready when I show up but that?s usually 5-10 mins past when the order is supposed tobe ready. So far they?ve been friendly so no issue there. But really Starbucks, these are $6+ drinks. Don?t jip people. Read more
Extremely slow. Not just once or twice. It was 2pm in the afternoon and it took them over 20 minutes to make a refresher and a... frappe. Let?s also note, it wasn?t crazy busy and there were three employees just watching the one girl do all the drinks. Read more
