Probably one of the worst location of fast food I've ever ordered from. Not once but on several different occasions this place... has not been able to fulfill orders to their entirety, ranging from the sauces to literal food items on the order. Very sad tosee that people can't check to make sure all food items and sauces are in the bag before sealing and/or handing tocustomers/delivery drivers. I tried to be understanding that was until every time I got my food it was missing something, atthis point it's either on purpose or just straight neglect on customer service's end either way please do better. Usually I like to stop and get drinks for myself and the kids on the way home from whatever it is we are doing. Normally I don't... mind to leave reviews for negative experiences. I think most times they are honest mistakes. Today however, I ordered what Inormally get, a sugar free mango with sprite zero, and lime. What I got was a cup of syrup. Straight syrup the first time. WhenI asked for a new one, it was so much lime flavor (realized it was the syrup, not an actual lime). So when I pulled around frontto ask for a new one, the manager on duty greeted me with, "you want to change the flavor because obviously you don't likethis." When I went to explain how I normally order and normally get my drink, she cut me off, and went to have it made, but itwas totally wrong this time. No mango, just extra lime juice with sprite zero. I hope they are able to fix the problem withportions and training people to do things the right way every time. This would have prevented the miscommunication we had. Once a week I come here during dinner hours and I've never left a review in the past, but this is a repetitive! Please... re-evaluate your night shift manager! Always something wrong with my order, always cold fries and room temperature beef patties!I understand that this is fast food but management, take some pride in what your serving people! Absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I ordered on the internet, and drove to get my food. I tagged the... button maybe 7 minutes after I ordered. The food did not come out (in 2-3 min like she said) then, after ten min I went to the"window" the girl tapping on her phone couldn't be bothered to bring the sack of food and a drink (DIRECTLY in front of her) outto my car. I don?t normally leave reviews?. But I had to for this one. We ordered via door dash and had our food delivered quickly. However... when we got the order, we were missing 3 items. I called and spoke to the manager Chris who was so helpful. Since we had covidand didn?t want to infect anyone, an employee drove down and delivered themselves the last 3 items. There is always a long wait for your food, weather you order through the app, drive thru, or sit and wait pushing the red button... and sometimes you have to go to the door to make sure they know you have arrived because they don't respond for awhile. The foodis usually good but smaller portion sizes then shown, the premium burritos are small, the size of their Jr Burritos so if youwant more food for less $ or the same cost, order 2 Jr Burritos you will get more then 1 premium. The manager argues with youabout portion sizes and doesn't seem to be bothered by the long wait times. The drinks are usually the best here nut as for foodbe warned, the $ and sizes are not what they seem they should be. Read more
