10/20 6pm served cold fries. 4 employees standing in the restaurant in a circle chatting and having all kinds of laughs! Finally... got the attention of one employee and told her my fries were cold. By the time I was able to get someone's attention, my burgerwas cold. No wonder during dinner hour that the place was almost empty on a Friday. Terrible experience. Outrageous prices. Anyfast food burger joint would be better. They do have a guarantee... that is that they guaranteed I'll never go to any smashburger again! Disgusting! Read more

First time trying Smash burger. What aa disappointment. Not only for us but not of the patrons in the restraunt and even to go... people. Wow was there a lot of anger. Hard buns, cold fries, no fries, wrong fries... where's my malt I ordered WITH my meal,that wasn't even made by the time I ate my crusty avocado burger, or got up to leave. What has happened to smash burger? I've always had good experiences here before, but the last 2 visits have really turned me... off. The chocolate milk shake had such a bad metallic taste we couldn't drink them. Of course it was more like chocolate milkthan a shake, no ice cream. When we asked if there was a problem with their machine they said no, that is just the way they areand we'd have to drink them. We threw them away. I know there is a little wait for the food, but the 20 minutes we waited wasridiculous. The fries were cold and hard and the hamburger buns looked old, dried and crumbly. We were afraid to ask again aboutthe quality, so we just ate it, but we won't be back. Read more

Got the Double BBQ brisket burger and I have to say that was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Got a side of their garlic... and rosemary fries and they were crispy and delicious. The burger itself was juicy, saucy and as far as food quality isconcerned, top notch! The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review was the young man behind the counter. He didn'teven attempt to crack a smile or even greet me as I walked in or approached the counter. Every word I spoke was met with noresponse just a "I hate being here" type of look on his face as he reluctantly complied.
