First time here. Got a seat right away. Clean place friendly staff. I got the pollo fundido it was fantastic. The chips and... salsa was amazing (chunky) I think I ate more salsa then my meal. Had a little mishap with my kinds chicken tenders the wereraw. The waitress Emily apologized and took it off our bill and sent us home with chips and salsa. So I'm happy. This was my first time here and the experience was great. The waitress was very friendly and kept our drinks filled. The... restaurant was clean. The food was good. I had the Chimichanga. Our family enjoyed super yummy food and great service, when we went to Serranos. My hubby and I both had one of the specials,... which were mini tostados with a chipotle chicken and they were incredible. 10/10 recommend. Our girls ordered off the kid?s menuand enjoyed theirs as well. Our server was kind and attentive. Our only negative feedback is that our table was sticky fromleftover soda, I believe.
