The manager is a complete d****bag We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 bread sticks for Halloween 3 days in advance And the manager... wouldn't make it Because corporate dropped them all at once. The manager hidden in the back and had a teenager telling all thecustomers that they couldn't make their orders. The manager had a leadership T-shirt on That must have been a Halloween outfit!! This place needs to get organized and train staff! We ordered 4 pizzas and they told us 20 to 25 mins . We got there 37 mins... later and no pizza ! They said still being made. So I waited for another 22 mins then the no people skills lady up front. Iasked her how much longer and she said 25 to 30 MORE mins! So there saying a 20 to 25 min wait when to an hr and a half. I ordered a large pizza, 10pc chicken, & a bowl. It took almost 2 hours to get here when this location is literally 10 minutes... away from my apartment. When it FINALLY got here, the large cheese pizza(ended up being a medium) was cold, the chicken wascold, and my ?bowl? was disgusting ???? I couldn?t even eat it. I had to re-heat my kids pizza in the air fryer. My bill wasaround $37.00 , they automatically charge you around $6.00 for a delivery charge, and online I tipped $10.00?. I ordered several Pizzas to be delivered for the full fee and generous tip to a work crew we had in queen creek az. Your store... manager cancelled my order without even calling me because she said it was ordered 10 min before they open the store! She noranyone else even bothered to call, my crew went without lunch as a result. I did receive a worthless email that I read later inthe day. I believe this is a true reflection of your company's lack of leadership and care for customers. You management teamreferred to me on the phone as, "unsympathetic" ~when it was clearly your own disregard and lack of customer care that allowedthis to happen. The order was successful on line and I received the indication it was processed. I am appalled at your overalllack of performed, common consideration, and lack of leadership on the part of your company. Only because I have to give 1 star. Ordered a special with additional toppings. Knew it was going to cost more. Calculated... order online came to 21.25. Called to place order quoted 34.89. Really! After telling employee price of online quote was hung upon. Tried calling back several times and hung up on 4x. Pathetic! Stopped ordering here years ago, gave it one more shot.....mymistake! We order online and pick up from this location quite often. It?s the best fast pizza in town and most times better than the... local pizza shops. The staff is always super friendly, and the pizza is always prepared exactly how we ordered it. Always ontime. Ordering online or on the app has a feature that tells you when your pizza is ready for pick up. Ive just read negativereviews here and I don?t agree with them. We?ve ordered probably 30 times this year and not once have we had an issue arise. Read more
Had an awful experience with Papa Johns that resulted in getting no pizzas. On 6/10/22 I called and placed a order for pick up... 10:15am for the the next day. I called the morning of 6/11/22 and a employee told me she didn?t see a order placed and the pizzaand wouldn?t be ready until 10:30. I said okay and told her I wanted 5 cheese and pepperoni. She told me rudely she need to stopwasting time and get onto my orders. I later arrived at 10:30 and she told me she still didn?t see a order placed even though Ihave placed 2 times now. Getting pizza from this location has been a joke for quite a long time I gave up for over a year and then try it again a few... days ago. And same old same old. Told it was an hour for delivery as we're closing in on an hour and 15 minutes nothing stillshows being prepared. I then call and they're telling me it just now came out of the oven and it's probably going to be aroundanother hour or so. So once again I ended up canceling my order.
