Bad day at Menchies... so my family and I went there tonight and we were disappointed. As you can see in the picture the item... that was found in my wife's cake batter frozen yogurt... I t looks like some sort of plastic fiber. Anyways this might be thelast time we eat there.We told the person that works there and I showed her what we found. She looked disgusted but didn't offerto try to fix the issue. I was able to convince her to shut off the machine with that item in it but yeah... My wife threw awayabout 3/4s of her dessert.
