The "meat" they use has a very weird processed taste to it. Almost no flavor with some light bitterness. In N Out is better,... cheaper and the service is amazing. McDonalds has one thing I can enjoy. Fries, they are legendary. Only reason we go once ayear or so is to get the kids a happy meal toy. Read more
Well I made a mobile order on the app. The order went through and about 7min later they came out with my food and drinks. It... turns out I should have checked my order... I thought doing the curbside thing would be better... They did not provide the 2apple pies and 2 strawberry creme pies that I ordered and paid for... That and our different orders of fries were soggy and old.My large fry had so many small reject fries in it. Oh and I tried to call the restaurant but the phone number rings a faxnumber. As of 10/9/22 they still have not contacted me about charging me food that I did NOT receive! Read more
This one of the worst McDonald?s I have ever been too. Customer service is the worst, on top that they always get you order... wrong even after they park you and then you wait for 8 min just to get you food. How long does it really take to get two happymeals. They need to stop hiring little kids that have no work ethic not even adults do. How sad Read more
Many of the customers don't realize the service they receive is their fault. This place is great and the workers/managers are... treated horribly by the customers. The customers blame them for things that is not their doing nor their fault, stop asking forcomplicated orders and you will get everything you wanted. It's fast food, why the hell are you expecting gourmet takeout? Takeyour toddler tantrums elsewhere and let us real customers enjoy our food from this hardworking establishment. Read more
This place is horrible, they can never get an order right. I have never once gotten fresh/warm fries they are always cold. Today... i ordered two sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins through the drive through. They told me to pull ahead and wait, i waited for 30minutes. Had to go in and ask for my order, got it and it was cold and burned to a crisp. Had to have them get me another twoMcMuffins and waited another 10 minutes. All this while cars behind me kept getting their food. This place is horrible andeverybody should be fired and retrained at this location. Read more
If I could give them 0 stars I would have but I can?t. This is probably one of the worst food service I have ever encountered !... This is a HIPPA violation serving sauce in a chicken nugget box instead of a proper sauce container. How am I supposed to beable to enjoy Mac sauce when I am not properly served? Make sure you ask for sauce in a container if you ever go here. For amanager to accept that , is unacceptable. Read more
If I could put 0 stars I would. THEY SHOULD CLOSE THIS LOCATION! They ALWAYS get the ORDER WRONG!!! I got a soup of ketchup in a... burger I ordered with extra onions and pickles. I only got BEEF, CHEESE, BUN. I also ordered nuggets which NEVER ARRIVED. Thisis the FOURTH TIME THIS HAPPENS. The staff only said "We can't do anything about it".
