They would have received five stars but the restaurant was empty when we got there but we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to... come to the front counter and every table was dirty. We had to ask someone to clean a table for us. The chicken was crispy,,juicy, tender, and delicious! We got the KFC side classics, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw, they never disappoint! Really awkward ordering experience. We kept asking the cashier what she was saying, but couldn't get her to speak clearly or... loud enough to hear. We told her that we had no idea what she was saying. Finally we just stopped trying. Our order was noteven close to what we asked for, but still it was ok, just chicken and a bunch of random sides. Ordered a tenders meal with mashed potatoes and they were out of mashed potatoes so asked for a side of gravy for the fries.... Also got a spicy chicken sandwich. Waited in the drive through for around 30 minutes. Got no receipt, they didn't give me thegravy I ordered. When my wife took a bite of the sandwich, it was all bones. They literally put a chicken thigh with hot sauceon my sandwich. Now she needs to go to the dentist because her tooth may be cracked. Can't even call because their phone is offthe hook or something. If I could score lower I would. I have never once in all the years of going to this location ever received my order 100%... correct. I've never once had a pleasant experience EVER. So we get our order home and go to tuck into our meal. I open my mealbox and and to my surprise my 2 EXTRA CRISPY chicken breast are pale, anemic, SKINLESS, sad looking things with a mashed potatoand a chicken wing trying their hardest to cover them. Well I think more out of curiosity than hunger at this point I opened theother meal box ??????????? OMG the driest, nastiest Wednesday chicken on a Friday!???? Our side order of coleslaw was like ahalf gallon bucket, I'M THINKING THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THROWN AWAY but instead they pawned this mess onto us. Then I ordered 4extra biscuit's and bit did they go all out for this one. First 2 if the 4 biscuit's we're missing but the other 2 were crammedinto a small popcorn chicken container. It was great as those 2 biscuit's were just one big lump of buttermilk biscuit crumbs wetried to rebuild like the 6 million dollar man. Oh that brings me back to the one biscuit that was in my wife's meal box lookslike they might if tried to combine it with the 2 that we're in the little box but failed miserably. Ordered via Uber eats missing almost entire order. Phone number to restaurant doesn?t work. Took 10 minutes to even be... acknowledged when I drove down to get the order fixed and walked in. Then no steps taken to try to correct the situation.Terrible service all the way around. Read more
