I hate to give this place a one star review since we?ve been eating here two or three times a week since they opened. I was... just waiting for my pick up order watching everybody work and make sandwiches when I saw the guy on the very end who ringspeople up at the register, lean down and pick up a white towel off of the dirty floor, wipe the knife with it, and then cut asandwich into threes. I did not want to make a scene about it in the store so I left and called the store on the phone andasked for the manager. I was on hold for 18 minutes and the manager never picked up. This kind of cross-contamination couldmake someone extremely sick. I wanted to edit this review to show appreciation for the professional response from the ownershipand the phone call I received? I know this is probably a one time thing and I?m sure the employees will be trained oncross-contamination and serve safe practices Thank you moving from a one star to a three due to the response from ownership. Sandwiches were delicious! 1st time having them and they didn't disappoint
I don?t really write reviews but lord! First couldn?t hear the guy and he seemed irritated about it. Even after I apologized.... Then. They forgot to make kids meal sandwich. Then I asked about drink and cookie that comes with kids meal and lady just pointsat cookies. And I say I didn?t know was suppose to grab one of these. I thought they put together. She just says sorry I thoughtyou were told. Then she points at drinks. So I grab smallest, walk away and she stops me at drink machine and says oh it thiscup, which where not near where she was pointing. Finally I said this is ridiculous l. Read more
