Will straight up ignore you if you're at the counter but not in line. Had an online pickup but a line out the door. Why would I... go online to wait in a line? Defeats the purpose. So walked up to the counter and was promptly ignored by all threeemployees. Not even so much as a "You'll need to wait in line". Just flat out ignored me standing there. Guess they figured Iwas standing there for my health? Anyway, cancelled order, walked out. What if I already had waited in line but I neededsomething? Too bad? Great way to treat customers! Ahhhh this place reminds me of Merlinos in Sacramento, Cali I'm so glad we found out about Jeremiah's Italian ice. Tons of... flavors available...can't wait to try each one. Only wish they had one in Mesa. ( How about Dana Park or Recker & McDowell?) Read more

I wondered in for the first time when my car was being worked on across the street and I really enjoyed it. I met the owner and... his family who were the most welcoming and kind people. He told me they make their products fresh daily. I brought my familyback for the frozen Italian ice and everyone loved them. We will be regular customers here for sure. Read more

The ice and gelato were super delicious, the only reason for 1 star down is the speed at which the service was. It was very slow... as there was only one girl working. I completely understand the staffing issues everyone is facing right now however, I believethe owners were there, one lady was in the back and a gentleman was on his laptop with a company shirt on sitting at a table. Ifyou have 5 people in line for over 10 min I would think one of them would have jumped in to help but they didn?t. Everyone runsthere Buisness different so just my opinion on the visit. We had heard about this place from a friend and decided to take our family of 5 on a Saturday evening to give it a try. They... were busy, but the staff was super friendly. They allowed us to sample a couple of flavors without rushing us. The kids ended upgetting root beer, sour apple, and pina colada mixed with ice cream (this mixture has a name that I don't recall). All werereally good. My wife and I ended up getting the cookie butter/vanilla ice cream mixture, which was amazing! Depending on size,the prices vary from around $4-$7 per person. Our total was just under $25. Different, super delicious, and friendly teenagestaff (which isn't always easy to find). We will be back soon. Read more
