Will straight up ignore you if you're at the counter but not in line. Had an online pickup but a line out the door. Why would I... go online to wait in a line? Defeats the purpose. So walked up to the counter and was promptly ignored by all threeemployees. Not even so much as a "You'll need to wait in line". Just flat out ignored me standing there. Guess they figured Iwas standing there for my health? Anyway, cancelled order, walked out. What if I already had waited in line but I neededsomething? Too bad? Great way to treat customers! I wondered in for the first time when my car was being worked on across the street and I really enjoyed it. I met the owner and... his family who were the most welcoming and kind people. He told me they make their products fresh daily. I brought my familyback for the frozen Italian ice and everyone loved them. We will be regular customers here for sure. Read more
