Have eaten at IHOP's hundreds of times ( mostly in California) This location was definitely my favorite experience to date. Food... was delicious. Our server Becky made our visit memorable. Her service was flawless, the best I have ever received at anyrestaurant. In this day and age it is hard to dine out and have a meal that is absolutely perfect in every way. Will definitelybe back ! I went in to IHOP this morning after coming off 3rd shift from Amazon. I was very tired but super hungry. The waitress greeted... me smiling, after working the graveyard shift herself. She sat me and we made small talk. We talked about her night along withmine as she proceeded to take my order. She leave I put my headphones in and start watching 90day. Lol Not even 5minutes latershe comes out with my french toast and tells me" since your so nice me and the cook put a heart on your french toast." My Littleheart swelled and my face had a huge smile. I was taken back by the small gesture all I could do was say " Thank you" Little didshe know I was going through a rough time grieving a family member I had just lost. The small gesture from the cook and herselfmade my entire morning shift. Minutes before I walked in I was crying facing the lost, 30minutes later I was walking out fullwith a smile on my face. I ordered the new extra cheese omelet. It was really good. First time to IHOP in like 20 years. I'll go back for sure
This place has gone way way way down. This was the 3rd strike. Took forever for our food to come. Our appetizers didn?t come... till after our dinner came. And then this is what we got. I come here with my family at least once a month. The food is always perfect, it's always clean, and the staff is just the best!... I'm blanking on the manager's name but she always says hi and Becky our usual waitress is the best, she reminds me of being backhome in Louisiana where community was important. The other wait staff are also amazing, but if you know Becky, you know she issomeone special. It may be a chain restaurant but always feels like more somehow.
