ALL tables were all filthy though there were plenty of employees working and barely anyone in line. This was a 3:30pm- 4pm.... Employees were more worried about coming out to the soda machine to fill up their drinks then to tend to the dining room,including the managers or shift leaders that wear black. We had to wipe our own table off with napkins. Disappointing experienceand we probably won't be back for a while. Read more
Bad burger. Soggy and pretty tasteless and just slapped together, very sloppy. Couldn't stand the super loud music they were... playing inside. Had to eat outside but was too loud as well. Lots of advertisements on windows about how great and voted bestburger and all. No way. Waste of time and money. Never again Five Guys! Read more
Burgers might as well have been from Smash Brothers, because both our burgers were smashed and soggy. This restaurant claims... their French Fries to be "...made from fresh potatoes that are cut, washed and cooked twice for a boardwalk style fry that has amashed potato like inside and firm outside." Our Large French Fries were soaked in oil and completely limp. So much for payingalmost $8 for a "Large" fries that comes served in a medium-sized fast-food soda cup. Meal was a complete disappointment and Ihad to apologize to my wife. Delivery service wasn't the culprit here either. From pick-up to my door was less than 10minutes. Second time for me to go to five guys tonight. Burgers are fantastic. But workers didn't pay attention to details on one of the... fry orders. I ordered a little fry extra crispy and they weren't. They even forgot one of the fry orders. Yes will be back butnext time will order a little cheeseburger. Forgot unless you order a small cheeseburger or hamburger there are two patty's. Read more
I always have a positive experience when I visit this restaurant. Finally well staffed with a very friendly, efficient,... professional personnel. The food is very good, however, I find it a bit more expensive than I want to pay for a burger that Ican get from other restaurant for less. Unfortunately, the other restaurant does not have bacon or do lettuce wraps. 3 out of 5for price, not for the quality. If the price fell to around $8 for double with fries, would be 4.5 out of 5, which would beatother restaurant by .5 stars. I rarely have a 5 star experience, unless I eat at a 5 star restaurant. Perhaps this is not fairto some restaurants, but Google'a rating system needs to be updated for fast food vs sit-down waiter/waitress type restaurants. Read more
Well, Five Guys burger is just a plain burger...absolutely nothing special about it. The patty was flavorless, no seasoning... whatsoever was used on it. The tomatoes were unripe and flavorless, the bun was cold and mashed, its texture was doughy andgummy and the bottom slice was so mushy that it just flopped when I picked it up. It was such an overpriced disappointment ????on a good note, the fries were okay, and the free peanuts were a nice snack. Angelynn who took my order explained the menu, andwas very friendly. Will I voluntarily go back? Nope... sorry, but this isn't worth the fat, calories, or price. Read more
The burgers are good but not the best, unmelted cheese and a smashed burger.. I'll pass. Having grease soaked fries is a draw... back and the price for the amount you get is a big joke. I prefer a crunch ,flavorful fry. I would have expected them to have ameal. But ordering each item individually is a bit to much. This is not an upscale restaurant so almost $7 for a burger and $5for fries and a little over $3 for a medium drink. That to me is way to much. Inside resemblance is familiar... ahhh JohnnyRockets. I was not impressed at all so I give this 2 stars based on the the price,flavor and along with the quality of food. Soif your in a rush and looking to get the best burger.. this is not it. The music they play is excellent. This place is hospital operating room clean. I've looked on top the hung lights and no dust... at all. I've looked at the grill and the floor all clean. The staff is busy communication is great. The hamburgers are good butnot 5 stars good. Read more
