I do not advise buying gift cards from this Dutch Bros, they obviously do not know what they are doing, I purchased a $25 gift... card for my granddaughter for her birthday and she still has been unable to use it because they did not activate it correctly.Needless to say I will not ever buy another Dutch bros gift card again, I will stick to Visa or Mastercard gift cards from nowon. I think it is a little bit ridiculous that I have to call the main office in Oregon to get a gift card that I paid foractivated correctly when my granddaughter has tried to use it 3 times now and each time they've told her it is not activated.Now I have to wait for them to email me sometime hopefully today or tomorrow arrow to let me know that my granddaughter'sbirthday gift is good.. I like going here for a quick boost of a flavor blasted coffee drink, staff are amazing and fast with orders for customers. But... I shouldn't have to ask to use my phone number for the points or get the sticker on Wednesday. It's the small things that matterwhen it comes to customer service. Read more
04/06/2022. 14 plus minutes in line while the employee chatted with a customer. Unexceptionable!! Very disappointed with Dutch... Bros. It?s sad that they do even understand their own business model, and they do not care enough about ALL their customers. Theemployees were intentionally slow and in no hurry. They lines are long and take forever but not just because they are popularbut because they are intentionally slow. 14 minutes plus in line and mostly because the employee at the window was having a longdrawn out conversation with a customer at the window. Talking to one car for 9 minutes while there were 12 cars in line wasunprofessional. That customers drink was ready but wasn?t handed out for 5 minutes. After it was handed to the customer theemployee continued the conversation for another 3 minutes before she drove away. The employee was rude and very defensive sayingit?s in her job description to have long conversations with the customers. They have no concept of time and how to be friendlyand efficient. Read more
My kids really wanted Dutch Bro?s but because we were in a truck with a trailer we couldn?t go through the drive thur. Jack came... up to as we were walking back to the truck and took our order so that my kids were able to have their Dutch Bros. Talk aboutsome good customer service.
