I was here Tuesday and whoever worked around 10am was rude. I ordered an iced coffee at the speaker and when I got to the window... it was a hot coffee when I told her I ordered an iced she turned to tell the other girl and the girl rolled her eyes and wasmaking faces. I'm not sure why they got annoyed if it was their own mistake. They need to work on their hospitality. I won't beback to this location. Read more

This is the best DD around. I actually pass by the DD by my house to go another 8 minutes further to this location. The staff is... friendly and always makes my coffee perfect. Other DD locations I have had gross burnt tasting coffee and not enough cream. Thislocation is the only one that makes a perfect cup of coffee every time. I?m there at least 2-3 times a week. We got an Uber Eats order this morning for the office and everything was incorrect. The bagels and cream cheese were all... un-toasted (I did confirm we ordered toasted) and they were dry. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was burnt to a crisp andinedible. I am especially disappointed that someone thought it was ok to let food leave your restaurant like this blackenedsandwich. Read more
The employees at this location are anything but friendly. We ordered ahead thinking it?d be easier for them since we needed food... for the family, we walked in and only half our food was on the counter. We politely asked for the rest of the order and the guythrew everything into one bag and said ?here?. Thanks, I guess. We won?t be coming back to this store.
