Tried ordering on the app with a promo code sent to my email. The code said it couldn?t be applied. I read the email & fine... print, expiration etc very thoroughly to assure I was doing everything correctly. After it didn?t work, we went in and asked thelady if we can just use the code in-store. She said ?No, it says in-app purchase only?. We sat down in the lobby and tried toorder yet again in the app and still no luck. We then went up to her again and showed her that there was an issue with the codeand that it wasn?t working. She didn?t even look into it or offer to help but instead said ?Sorry there?s nothing I can do?,with an attitude as she chopped the meats. I?m assuming this lady is also the manager, as she was instructing the other girl whowas working there. We walked out. AMAZING FOOD GREAT SERVICE! Nothing beats a great lunch spot when they are ready to assist you in ordering and offering up the... specials. Yes that's right. The brisket was perfect with an abundance of mounded meat on a soft but lightly toasted bun. Thefries were the homemade style cooked perfectly. My food was warm and service was prompt! Yeah, I'm bragging but they deserveit. Great food, good service! Check out the extensive options for the Holiday! Time in my life to take a load off of theholiday bustle! ***Warning*** If you?ve gotten sick from eating at this restaurant please report it to Maricopa County Health and Environmental... services ASAP. Enough! This is the third time we eat from this location and get sick afterwards. Severe stomach cramps, nausea,and much more?. I went to pick up food today and I was shocked to see how filthy it is inside. I can tell nothing has beencleaned or wiped down in a very long time. Today we picked up a mix of meats to go. The sausage did not look right. It had abrown/green tint to it. We only had a few pieces of the sausage before noticing it did not look and taste right. after a morecareful inspection we quit eating it. It was too late. We are now all sick just from consuming a few pieces each. The last 2times we had Dickies, the guests who ate the green beans got violently sick, and before that, Everyone who had the brisket fellill. This is a pattern with this location and something needs to get done about it. If you?re sausage looks odd like thepictures attached, do not even touch it! The only redeeming part of this order was the potato salad. Turkey tasted like rubber and the brisket had zero flavor and the... portions were small. I know we?re not in Texas but I?d expect at least a decent amount of BBQ sauce. Read more

Food was great! The only reason for the 3 stars is due to their application. I ordered a rather large pick up order and was... relying on their app to give me an update of when my order was ready so I could drive there to go pick it up. The order neveractually reached the completed stage. It stayed in the preparing stage for over an hour. I decided to drive down and see whatthe status was in person. After parking my vehicle once I arrived, I checked my phone again before going in to see if the statushad changed and it was still the same. After a brief wait I asked if my order had been made. I was then told that it had beenready for quite a while. I then informed her and showed her what the application was showing me. I was not satisfied with herlack of understanding and her customer service skills. For the amount of money that people spend here to get a good bite to eatfrom here (or anywhere else), the app should show you every applicable update concerning your order to ensure a timely pick upto ensure a good hot meal without having to microwave it before eating it... I was the only one inside eating for 30 minutes. Not once did anyone clean any pre existing mess up. Nor did I see any of the... employees after I received my food. The stainless steel looks nasty , the floor is unswept , there is electrical conduit hangingdown from a bench. A dirty restaurant is not run properly and if it?s not clean on the outside ???? Just received my $120 order. Pork was stringy and too dry to eat, the "Texas Toast" was a total joke, it looked like smashed... thin white bread, the bacon and onion green beans had no bacon or onion and were the consistency of baby food. The brisket burntends were crunchy and the chicken reminded me of cafeteria food. The one positive I will say is the jalapeno cheddar kielbasawas good. For what it's worth, our pets will enjoy it...just not the brisket burnt ends because they're hard as a rock. I havevideo of my fork slamming on it so you can hear it sounds like a rock.
