Recently placed order through app went to pick up at the store in queen creek Arizona. The doors were locked at 6 pm. Knocked... rep saw me and proceeded to ignore me. The only reason for this trip was it was my son's birthday and was what he chose. Therewere two others waiting witn me one was a door dash delivery man, there is a big sign that was he needs to go inside for pickup. Tried calling the store with no answer. This is just bad service. Buy the way the order I had placed on the app was alreadypayed for ant the apps instructions are to go inside to pick up. Read more

Very slow customer service. Employees are friendly, but definitely over tasked and understaffed. I cannot rate the food this... time since I was picking up to delivery for (UBER, Grubhub, and/or Doordash), but every time I pickup an order from thislocation I have to wait several minutes, although as I stated, they are a bit understaffed. I have eaten from this location inthe past and can say that I have never had a customer service issue as they've always polite and the food is very good inrelation to price. So I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken taco meal 2 bean and cheese burritos and 2 supreme beef tacos. He... informed me they didn't have supreme tacos so I told him to just give me the regular ones. I get my food and they're not thereso I go back through the drive through and he tells me "don't worry I got you" I get to the window after like 15 minutes andthey're charge me for the tacos that they forgot to ring up. It should definitely been compt. Considering all my other food gotcold while having to wait another 20 minutes because of they're mistake. First time to this new location and hadn't been to a del taco for a long time. Staff was great. Very disappointed in the food... because of price. #9 medium size combo was almost $10! Extremely overpriced for what you get!Then they put the taco in the bagon it's end, so most of the fillings fell out when I took it out of the bag. I'm sorry that I cheated on you taco bell. This location is always good and their food is warm and tasty. Their service (Customer Service) can be way better. The drive... thru people at least do correct orders but are so rude and inconsiderate to customers. They don't care what they say or how theysay it, so that can be something management can improve on. They do take a while sometimes but I guess that's any place today.Other than that, it's overall a good location to go too. Read more
