In regards to Queen Creek Az Carl’s. Giving up on fast food in general. NOBODY has employees who care about quality and... Carl’s Jr. is no exception. Ordered delivery. Somehow instead of my angus thickburger which is supposed to be 2 meat, cheese,bacon, and mayonnaise, I got some abomination with toppings I can’t stomach. Had 1 meat instead of two, no bacon, had cheese,lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mayonnaise, as well as pickles and mustard which are disgusting. This isn’t the firstcomplete screw up, but it is the straw that broke the camels back, waiting just to have the wrong food delivered. Got a refundfrom DoorDash and Carl’s Jr. is on my list of places to avoid now. Read more

Nope. Won’t go again. We ordered 2 western bacon burgers and onion rings. Drive-thru told us to go park and wait for our... order. We did not get our order. Gold star food. Every time I've ever walked inside to order or gone through the drive through, I'm always pleased with how my... food is made fresh and hot to order, it's not just waiting for me under a heat lamp for an hour or so. The staff are alwaysfriendly, the location always keep clean and tables are wiped down after guests use them so you aren't sitting down onto thelast persons spilt ketchup sticky to the table. One of my favorite "fast food " burger restaurants! Staff has always been friendly to me and my orders have been cooked as... requested and packaged accurately. They are currently a bit understaffed, so it takes a few minutes longer than it would with afull staff, however the quality of food makes the wait well worth it to me. If I am in a real hurry, I just order ahead usingthe app then either pickup in-store or via drive-thru. Definitely use the app in order to earn free food, whether ordering aheador just submitting your receipt, and definitely take the survey for every purchase which allows me to save money on the nextorder.
