Burger King is ok. Not great. On a scale with McDonalds. Very clean and well staffed it was average.

This location is consistently bad, and no one cares. Went to get the $6 "keep it real" meal, among other things. I had tried to... order in the app, but the app was only working up to checkout, and wouldn't actually let me order. At the counter, Ispecifically asked for the "$6 keep it real meal", and they had no clue what I was talking about, despite the display setupright behind them. Once we got that cleared up, I ordered a few other things (about $25 total). After paying, I realized theprice didn't match up to what I saw in the app, and found on the receipt I was actually charged $9 for the "$6 keep it realmeal". I brought this up to the manager, so told me it was only in the app, and when I informed her that... 1) the app wasbroken, 2) the menu board has the $6 offer in big letters, and 3) if I ask for a $6 meal, but it's actually $9, that's a greatopportunity to correct me on the pricing. She left to go outside and check the poster, and then came in and was just like"sorry i don't know why it's like that" and WALKED AWAY. No offer of a refund of the $3, or to change my order to somethingelse. I didn't want a $9 meal. I was looking for value. The soda machine had no ice (apparently this is the norm for thisplace). When I finally was given my to-go bag 10 minutes later, they didn't even have the meal for which I was overcharged forincluded. Luckily I discovered this before leaving, and had to go back to the counter, wait longer for someone to show up, andthen eventually got my $6 meal that I was charged $9 for. Complained to corporate, keep getting told that they've sent thereport down to the local restaurant to follow up, but never hear anything back. Worst experience ever. Went in with my 2 kids to grab something quick. No line inside, so shouldn't take long. I waited 20mins... before they started handing me food, but then they tell me they don't have any breaded chicken sandwiches, so now not only did Ialready wait forever, now I have to wait for my food to be replaced....there is no ice in the coke machine, my fries were undercooked, they only had 3 people working, the food sat in the warmer forever, so naturally the food is getting dried up with hardbread. Service was fast and helpful but the food quality is horrible double bacon croissant and get literally 2 small pieces of bacon... cut in half, had them make a new one and still pretty small i would like to have some bacon flavor in my meal Read more
I was completely shocked at the lack of service from the lady taking our order today. Maybe they were low on staff but that is... NO excuse to rush the order. She didn?t even care if we wanted to add more items to our meal and told us to come to the 2ndwindow where we completed our order in person after waiting our 5-10 minutes. There wasn?t a line a head of us so I have no ideawhy they seemed so busy or uninterested. Read more
This place is horrible! Wrong order, mashed fries, trash bags and receipts on the counter, two dumb asses wrestling in the... bathroom hallway, not clean, and the signs showed a burger, no longer available. Whatever happened to standards? It's worth afew more miles to go to another fast food restaurant. Read more
it was bad. i threw most of my order away. burger was old and dry. even the fries werent even hot. very disappointed
