Great staff. Excellent drinks
Drive thru much faster than Starbucks and coffee has less burnt taste...organic fuel drinks great too...staff very friendly.
Came in at 6PM. No staff to be found anywhere, three customers at counter. No one at drive through, counter, anywhere. After... several minutes shouting for someone and calling the phone number and wondering if we needed to call the police, four youngfemales came out from God knows where in the back, apparently surprised there were actually, you know, CUSTOMERS waiting onthem. Love the drinks here. Staff needs to do their jobs instead of screwing around in the back. Read more
I normally visit the Black Rock Coffee Bar at Gilbert & Southern (byw, great staff!), but today I was in QC and stopped in for a... hot latte. The coffee was delicious, seating nice, place clean, but the staff was unattentive (too busy socializing). Not goodwhen you have to get their attention when you want to order. Read more
Love the coffee. But Ughhh?. why do you pressure customers to tip through the Drive-Thru ? forcing ALL of us to hold your... coffee/cream smeared virus-caked iPad? LOL No other coffee place does that. It?s not like you?ve DoorDashed it to my house, orare delivering it to my table and then cleaning up after me. So awkward and annoying. My go-to's are the caramel Blondie and the iced mango green tea! The line can be long but the service is always great and the... coffee is def. worth the hype. They also have a great rewards program! Read more
Black Rock has finally made it to Queen Creek! I know a ton of people that are super Siked for this location opening. Black Rock... coffee is one of the best chains around for beverages and sweets! I think it is better than Starbucks!! Yes I said it! No hardfeeling if that?s your place! The people are awesome as usual. The blueberry muffins are tasty. The furniture is similar toother locations, a mix of wood and industrial metal. Go check them out and let them know we sent you. Don?t drink coffee don?tworry they offer all sorts of good things.
